You can’t read this peace and not think of Elon Musk. He may be an outlier but there is more to it. Elon made a fortune when he was young. And that fortune may have been luck but his on-going success is an indication of his ability to leverage his early fortune and force more luck with shear wit and will. Lets recognize that Elon’s willingness to risk his fortune leveraged all his money towards more success. And money is power. Money and luck are the keys to success. However, luck can be forced through shear will. The power of money multiplies a persons will to overcome bad luck. Money is the direct link to future success.

The moral of the story is that our economic system provides all the benefits of money to the few. The banks only loan money to people who are wealthy. A poor persons ability to will success is therefore greatly undermined. Sadly, we are making little use of the majority of the people as they do not have the resources to help them succeed through bad luck.
