I agree with the sentiment but there are alternatives to waiting for those in power to awaken and do something. There is a legal argument that the failing financial system is unconstitutional because liberty is not possible for most Americans. Second, there is the possibility that a political enlightenment is possible, if politicians could be educated then the institutionalized banking system can be over turned. Third, a global currency that usurps national currencies which means people simply divest from their national currencies into a publicly owned and controlled currency.

Of these three, the publicly owned and controlled currency is the best because it bypasses banks, politicians and nations. It unites the world and many amazing things become possible.
